Writing Guidelines

We LOVE inspirational and motivational quotes! Please provide your favorite quote or phrase. Please avoid song lyrics and quotes from pop culture.

Articles should be between 600 and 1000 words, however a little over is okay.

As a contributor, please share your personal stories! Dive deep and share those intimate details about your life experience but most importantly share your life lessons and insights.

Our audience responds to authentic and raw experiences.

Your article will be far more powerful if you share what you’ve learned and how you’ve evolved as a person. Offer some insights and practical tips to help readers overcome similar challenges.

Choose a topic you enjoy writing! Our mission is to inspire our readers to book those flights, check those items off their bucket lists and make daring decisions.

Our topics are related to personal growth, travel, spirituality, mental health, digital nomads, entrepreneurship, dating, and parenting.

Please avoid self-promotion by referencing your blog, coaching practice, marketing books or products, or speaking career in the body of the post.

How to Submit

Send your pitch or post in plain text not as an attachment but through an email to , with the title in the subject line.

Please only send one submission per email. Include a featured image for the article, your bio, links to your social media, and an attached photo of yourself.

Only submit posts you have written. You may submit posts you’ve already published.
